Proverb – Birds of a feather flock together. Do you ever feel like you don’t belong? When an anime fangirl starts dating a really popular guy, and he asks her to change her style and interests, she must consider if birds of a feather truly do flock together. Kaleigh is introduced to the world of anime when she becomes friends with a loner kid, Morton, who likes to draw. They become best friends, but when Morton confesses his love for her, Kaleigh “friendzones” him. Later after she starts dating a popular guy, Stan, he tries to stifle her love for anime, and Kaleigh spirals into a search for self discovery that leads her right back to Morton. Will these love birds flock together, or is Morton doomed to stay in the friendzone?
