Millie has had to play the role of mother for her little sister, Jasmine, ever since their mother left them at a young age, but as Jasmine gets older, Millie thinks that the guys Jasmine dates aren’t good enough and finds various ways of chasing them off. On Jasmine’s 21st birthday, Millie takes her to a ritzy bar hoping to hook her up with a wealthy man, but Jasmine’s eyes are set on the bartender, Bill, who Millie thinks is too poor.
